The treatment area must remain excluded until all wasp or hornet activity has ceased. ALL windows and doors in and around the treatment areas must remain closed until all activity has ceased. If and when necessary, and providing we are able to do so, neighbouring properties will be notified the same.
2. In no event whatsoever will Essex Wasp Control accept liability for the harm or fatality of any person or pet animal if 'Point 1' is contravened.
3. All wasp and hornet work is fully guaranteed. If, in the rare and unlikely event a wasp or hornet treatment is unsuccessful, an additional no quibble complimentary repeat treatment will be carried out promptly.
4. During peak-times, the phrase 'same day' on our website is governed by demand and availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Essex Wasp Control accepts debit/credit cards or bank transfer as method of payment and does not accept cash or cheques.
